CANCELLATION/REFUND

All refund requests must be received in writing 1 week prior to the start of camp via email: Cplong@mailbox.sc.edu. After that time no refunds can be given. The application processing fee and any credit card fees are nonrefundable.

LIMITATIONS

We can only accept a minimum number of campers so the camps fill up very quickly. To secure a space, campers must register and have submitted the required information and payment. Register today!

PARENTS

Parents are welcome to stay and watch the camp from the stands. A camp store on the concourse level will be open with merchandise and drinks.

PARKING

Heyward Street Parking Garage, located at 1300 Heyward Street; please park on level 3 and above. Take elevator or stairwell to 2nd floor and follow the brick path to the stadium entrance.

LUNCH

Please check each camp description for lunch details. Lunch will be served box lunch style with sandwich chips and dessert, if you have special diet needs we would recommend packing your lunch.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

Equipment needed: bat, helmet, glove, water bottle, cleats AND turfs or sneakers are necessary!! All position gear needed including catchers gear.

CHECK-IN: Campers should check in at least a half hour before camp starts.

CHECK-OUT: All campers must be checked out by an adult at the conclusion of camp.
